Donna may have said some really hurtful things in the past, but anytime someone dies after suffering a long illness (ESPECIALLY one like cancer), I can’t help but be sad… and her music was a huge part of my childhood because my parents were huge fans.

Of course, as it is when any (formerly) iconic celebrity dies, everybody is now showering her with admiration… I can only hope it’s genuine. I just with it didn’t take something like death to make us appreciate people.
