I don’t read any of the new 52 from DC but i see the original Batgirl is out of her wheelchair. Did they do away with the whole Joker shooting her and becoming Oracle storyline?

I don’t read the new 52 either, but from what I understand The Killing Joke happened, but she got better? How one gets better from a severe spinal injury, I don’t know, but I don’t like it. Especially with characters like Cass Cain and Stephanie Brown around. But then that was too many kickass women in the Batfam and DC just couldn’t have that apparently…

  6. theheroyoudeserve said: No, it was a mixture of physical therapy and some miracle cure that let her get back out of the chair. I only read the first few issues but she had sort of a PTSD thing going on when she started back out as Batgirl because of the shooting.
